Secret Training Schedule
Come to class early and take long warmups with me...I plan to do a few warmup
stretches prior to class and some core exercises to prep our bodies prior to class...sometimes students arrive to chat with
me and this is all fun, but arrive to prepare yourself for this mind body prep time...I know you will Love this time
before class, it makes a huge difference...this will get you used to the new early signups and when you arrive you will be
prepared for a great training session. Cheers!
